Emma Weaver

Emma was born in Stoke on Trent and moved to Gravesend in 2013 for her degree in Children and Families Work and Ministry. Whilst working as a Care supervisor at a care home and squeezing as much children’s work with various churches and charities around a full time job, Emma felt called to full time children’s ministry. St George’s Church became Emma’s placement church whilst she was studying at Oasis College of Higher Education and employed Emma once she had graduated.

With a passion for children and their families and the understanding that family life in the 21st Century is not always easy, Emma will openly admit that she has the best job in the world.

In her spare time Emma loves to swim, read and catch a good film at the cinema.
