Join Keep Phytt, the exercise classes for older people! Exercise classes designed by our physiotherapist for people who find other classes too difficult. We will help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age and ability.

Weekly classes on Wednesdays at St George’s Church, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
